In February, we pray with Pope Leo XIV for children suffering from incurable diseases and their families to receive the necessary medical care and support they need, never losing strength and hope.

Caring for people with lifelong illness and disability in South Africa

‘Little Eden’ in South Africa looks after children with severe disabilities, whose families are too poor and disadvantaged to provide care. With your support, missionary Sisters from India serve this project which is founded on respect, sanctity of life, love and care.

Sr Meran says her ministry is ‘service to angels’. Sr Seena views her work as ‘doing something special for God’. Both Sisters are inspired in their work by Matthew 25:

‘In so far as you did this to one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did it to me.’
