Earlier this year, Missio’s children’s branch Mission Together launched a postcard competition to mark Pope Francis’ Extraordinary Month of Mission this October. And now we’ve picked our winners! We’re making the four winning entries into postcards, and will hand them out at Masses and Liturgies nationally during the month of October and beyond.

Our brilliant winners

We were overwhelmed by the number of entries we received and the wonderful pictures children in England and Wales drew in celebration of this special event. It has been a joy and a privilege to look through them.

We sifted through so many fantastic entries. And it’s always difficult to pick just a few. But in the end we chose four which we felt best represented the theme: ‘Our Mission: To Share God’s Love with the Whole World’.

Thank you everyone!

We want to say a huge ‘thank you’ to all the schools and pupils who took part. We are very grateful for the time and effort you spent. You really showed how we can share God’s love with everyone.

Keep a look out on social media for the runners up during the Extraordinary Month of Mission in October.
