Praying with the Word of God in Cambodia

Catechists in Cambodia are vital; often working in remote villages without a priest nearby. Catechists introduce people to Christ, sharing his love through practical support, building relationships and helping people to pray with God’s Word.

Your support helps to train catechists like Thoem, who says,

‘Sometimes I ask people in catechism, “Where do you see Jesus?” Some answer that they see Jesus in the Church, some in the rain, some in the Bible. We see Jesus because we believe. We see Jesus because we are his community. We see Jesus because we are all together.’
