Together we are giving hope to the world’s poorest children
Mission Together is the children’s branch of Missio. For over 170 years Mission Together (known internationally as Holy Childhood) has helped children follow Jesus’ example: by praying, fundraising and becoming missionaries themselves.
Children and young people in England and Wales are encouraged to help disadvantaged and vulnerable children globally through their prayers and by sharing what they can.
Providing education, faith formation, orphanages, health clinics, children’s homes, and nutrition programmes, are just some of the ways that children here are helping less fortunate children in God’s global family today – children helping children.

Supporting schools in the UK
As well as supporting children’s projects overseas, Mission Together also creates free educational resources that support the mission and ethos of Catholic education.
Our Mission Together website contains a bank of liturgical prayers, assemblies, online learning resources, and craft activities to encourage faith development and help children journey through the liturgical year. All resources complement Catholic RE programmes, make links with other curriculum topics, and are mindful of the Common Inspection Framework.
We don’t stop supporting young people when they leave primary school! Our secondary resources encourage students to discover the world around them and reflect on their role within it. We work to deepen understanding of mission and Universal Church, think critically, inspired by Christ’s Gospel, and – most importantly, to grow in faith.
